Eastlake is the Chula Vista neighborhood five miles east of Interstate 805. We are in Suite 205 of the Village Walk Medical Arts Center, at 890 Eastlake Parkway, just north of the Target Shopping Center and just south of the Village Walk shopping center.

In mid-2007 we will be freeway close to all of central and south San Diego county, when State Route 125 is extended to Eastlake.
